Understanding the Snapshot
The Zoe Financial Snapshot is a data-gathering tool sent to prospects who schedule with an advisor in our network.
Use the initial call with your prospect more effectively by gaining greater insight into the prospect’s financial picture via the Snapshot.
When a prospect you are scheduled to speak with fills out the Snapshot, you will receive an email notification, which will redirect you to the snapshot.
Yo can also access it by navigating to the prospect’s page in the Zoe Dashboard and clicking ‘Open Snapshot’.
The Snapshot contains
An overview of each prospects’ assets, liabilities, & overall net worth, for giving you context on their financial situation. Hovering over each of the three bars will allow you to see a breakdown of the category.
Some info on why the prospect is looking for an advisor, relevant life events, and goals they are hoping to accomplish with their advisor.
Tip: Referencing the Snapshot during the introductory call emphasizes to the prospect that you are well-prepared for the call, have an understanding of their situation, and shows interest on your side. It can also help show your value from the start.
